Saying this, I have actually had the best experience while visiting the States in the Valley! People normally would attack me verbally while passing by. The Bay arear was the only place were this didn't happen, and people would actually share sweet. compliments. Unfortunately, biase exists. There's nothing that will take it away anytime soon.
