I'm not a mom but I'm a die-hard promoter of women force & opporttunity equality. This pandemic should have changed the way we think of everything, and btw if you ask me: I believe it's even a better atmosphere for women tto work, since everything is shifting remote; IF all stakeholders are willing to look at skillset, not gender, color or race.
